Cozy Hills Campground faces all the challenges of a demanding, seasonally-driven business.

With business ownership focused on improving the campground amenities it was clear that help was needed for business marketing and promotion. With a keen eye on how the business trends impact overall operations, the owners reached out to E Circle Marketing for help.

THE CHALLENGE

Cozy Hill’s Campground came to E Circle Marketing because they were not getting as much business during the week they wanted. They wanted to increase their bookings to accommodate more campers Sunday – Thursday.

THE STRATEGY

We redesigned their website. We made it appealing and easy to navigate. We created ease of use which led to increased engagement

  • We created a more consistent marketing campaign to promote all the activities and accommodations for campers
  • We created themed email campaigns that focused on all the fun things available while camping at Cozy Hills
  • We created a press release for their efforts to help first responder’s during the Covid-19 pandemic
  • We helped develop a VIP promotional package for campers to incentivize off-night camping. There more than 50 packages sold almost immediately

THE OUTCOME

After applying all the strategies to increase marketing potential, Cozy Hill’s saw an increase of 30% in inquiries. There were more than 50 reservations for the VIP package and the website was far easier for visitors to use. Overall, Cozy Hill’s has recognized a distinct increase in weekday campers.
